Guild Charter

Guild Charter

I. Mission Statement/ Guild Summary

Grim is a guild built for mature, dedicated members looking to establish themselves as a top presence in Warhammer Online. They will accomplish these goals through equal emphasis placed on both PvE and PvP endgame content.

Although we will have a very hardcore component of our guild, we also intend to empower our members with the ability to invite "friends and family" directly into the guild. We will strive to handle this delicate balance of hardcore and casual by providing events suited to multiple playstyles in addition to our regular endgame events.

Grim is a US Destruction guild operating on a yet to be named server. Most guild events will be planned to operate within a PST evenings schedule (7- 12 PM PST).

II. Code of Conduct

    A. Rules

      1. No Personal attacks (This is fairly simple. No direct personal attacks on any individual whether ally or enemy. I realize this is a PvP game and it's expected that you'll deal with the enemy in a different manner then the rest of our faction, which is fine, just know that even with them, if attacks become personal, we have a problem).

      2. Respect Each others Beliefs (This is a big one. Online communities are made up of many differing Political Views, Religious faiths, and personal idealogy. We support and may even encourage discussion on these subjects, but we expect these conversations to never go beyond spirited debate).

      3. No Griefing (Everyone playing Warhammer Online is here to have a good time. As funny as you might think it is to harass a helpless player, it's not).

      4. No Exploiting (These games are never perfect out the gate and I'm sure Warhammer won't be the exception. We don't knowingly abuse unintended game mechanics. It's fairly simple, if you're unsure if somethings an exploit, talk to an officer).

      5. No Excessive Profanity (Although we're a mature community that doesn't shy away from a bit of profanity, very few of us like it to replace the human language altogether.)

    B. Enforcement

      1. If at any point you believe yourself or another has been attacked or harassed by another member, you should immediately bring it to the attention of one of our leadership. We will do our best to mediate the problem and issue any necessary punishment.
